Seems like you enjoy lacy, feminine names. My favorites are those that have a little more edge:
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] (not an unexpected combination, but strong and beautiful nonetheless)
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] (definitely sweet and feminine, but well-balanced so it feels dignified not frilly)
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] - [name_f]ADORE[/name_f]!
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] - ADOREEE!
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] - Stunning, I prefer [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] though,
[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] - [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t love [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] or [name_f]Sophia[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] - Pretty,
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] - WOWZA!
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] - Hm, not a huge fan.
[name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] - [name_f]Harriet[/name_f]! So unexpected yet well known and stunning! I think [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] is ready for revival! Great next to common [name_f]Olivia[/name_f].
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] - A sweet name.
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] - 2 relatively common names, but how could you dislike either?
[name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] - [name_f]Emily[/name_f] is one of my favourite names ever. (It helps that it’s my BFF’s name)
[name_f]Diana[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] - Pretty, has an ancient feel to it, but doesn’t feel tired.
[name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Clarissa[/name_f] - [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t love either name, or the combo.
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] - So pretty! Simple and elegant.
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] - [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] is one of those names that I just love. [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] is a bit of a guilty pleasure,
[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] - I prefer [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f]. [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is ok, but overused [name_f]IMO[/name_f].
[name_f]Leah[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Leah[/name_f]. [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] is feeling tired out to me though.
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] - [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] them as individuals! But there’s something off about the combo.
[name_f]Lauren[/name_f] [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] - I like [name_f]Lauren[/name_f], [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] is overly frilly though.
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Joanna[/name_f]/[name_f]Johannah[/name_f] - This is meh. Not exciting at all.
Top Choices: [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], [name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f], [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], and [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f].
Ideas: [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f], [name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f]. (I tried to think of one for [name_f]Harriet[/name_f], but it’s absolutely perfect with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]), [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f].
My thoughts on the names:-
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] - [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is a lovely Shakespearean inspired choice. She has a great sound and looks very wholesome. I also love the Immie nickname as well. [name_f]Imogen[/name_f]'s middle name isn’t my thing. [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] just reminds me of the word ‘loose’ which I find so unattractive.
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] - [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is simply delightful, she’s such an elegant name and looks really effortless. I love the [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] nickname it’s honesty brilliant. I love how [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] works with [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] as a middle name. It’s just such a gorgeous name with a brilliant sound.
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] - [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] is a lovely name. She sounds so wholesome and elegant. I love her meaning ‘wisdom’ and her effortless sound. Despite her overwhelming popularity she feels fresh. [name_f]Violet[/name_f] sounds delightful with [name_f]Sophia[/name_f]. Such a sweet preppy combination.
[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Rose[/name_f] names including [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] she has a great arty feel and looks very elegant. [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] is a fabulous choice and I love the range of nicknames attached to [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] such as [name_f]Rosie[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Rosa[/name_f], and [name_f]Lindy[/name_f]. [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] looks light and elegant in the middle name slot. [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] is very demure.
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] - [name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Clara[/name_f] she’s a great wintry choice. [name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] she’s elegant and regal in sound. But together I find the pairing sounds odd.
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] - [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is overwhelmingly popular in the UK. She’s no.1 spot for the UK. But I totally see why she’s very sweet and has a nice sound. [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is gorgeous, she sounds lovely with [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is great.
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] - I dislike [name_f]Freya[/name_f]. I grew up with an awful girl called [name_f]Freya[/name_f] she was such a b.i.t.c.h thus has put me of this name forever. However I do love Freyja she just feels so majestic and mythological. Far more intriguing then [name_f]Freya[/name_f]. I would prefer Freyja [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]. [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] is lush though.
[name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] - [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] is a lovely name. She feels so upper crust [name_u]Brit[/name_u]. [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] sounds really refreshing in the middle name slot. [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] has a great sound. Very upper crust [name_u]Brit[/name_u].
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] - [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] is a great classic. Very elegant and sweet. She’s a lovely classic and I love the nickname [name_u]Penny[/name_u] which is just endearing. I love how [name_f]Joy[/name_f] sounds with [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]. The combination is gorgeous.
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] - [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is a gorgeous name and still feels refreshing despite her popularity. I also love the nicknames [name_f]Liv[/name_f] and [name_f]Livy[/name_f] as well. I also love the [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] middle name she’s a lovely name and I adore this [name_m]French[/name_m] spelling. [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] is just lush.
[name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] - [name_f]Emily[/name_f] is a nice name. But she does feel slightly beige. I prefer [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] or [name_f]Emma[/name_f]. [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] is lovely.
[name_f]Diana[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] - [name_f]Diana[/name_f] has grown on me a lot. She’s a classic with cool mythological ties. She sounds intriguing with [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] which is a lovely Shakespearean classic. But I would prefer [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Diana[/name_f], it has a better sound.
[name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Clarissa[/name_f] - [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] is a great choice. She has a lovable sound which is apt due to her adorable meaning. Furthermore this is my favourite spelling. I’ve been put of [name_f]Clarissa[/name_f] through having another bitchy girl in my life who has this name. But I do see her appeal in this combo.
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] - [name_f]Isla[/name_f] has a fresh modern appeal and sees to conjure up images of islands, the ocean, and gorgeous beaches. She’s a cool choice. [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] sounds great with [name_f]Isla[/name_f]. It’s lovely. [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] sounds sweet with [name_f]Isla[/name_f]. The whole name sounds brilliant.
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] - Ugh I hate [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] so much! I prefer just [name_u]Abby[/name_u]. [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] is lovely though.
[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] - [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is a gorgeous name. You can totally see her popularity it’s just such a great choice. I love [name_f]Bella[/name_f] as a nickname as well!! [name_f]Claire[/name_f] sounds delightful with [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]. Such an awesome combination.
[name_f]Leah[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] - Despite the cool religious connotations she isn’t a favourite of mine. [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] is a classic though but I prefer [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f].
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] - [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] is a nice name. I’ve got over the dodgy NHS advertising! I prefer [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] though spelling wise.
[name_f]Lauren[/name_f] [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] - [name_f]Lauren[/name_f] is a nice simple classic. [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] is also delightful. Prefer [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] [name_f]Lauren[/name_f].
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Joanna[/name_f]/[name_f]Johanna[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] she’s a great classic. She sounds very regal and elegant but also has lovely biblical connotations. She has awesome nicknames attached such as [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], [name_f]Lizzie[/name_f], [name_f]Liz[/name_f], [name_f]Beth[/name_f], [name_f]Betty[/name_f], [name_f]Betsy[/name_f], [name_f]Libby[/name_f] etc all of which are very adaptable. [name_f]Joanna[/name_f]/[name_f]Johanna[/name_f] are great choices. [name_f]Johanna[/name_f] feels slightly more exotic and almost has a South African vibe which I feel is really cool. Whereas [name_f]Joanna[/name_f] feels more classic. Either way good combination.
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] – I think the flow is odd, but I love [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] is bouncy in there to soften her up. However, I think it would be better as [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] (only because I like [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] better and the flow is nicer :P)
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] – A perfectly nice combo made up of names I find boring >.< But the combo is lovely and the names go really well together.
Sophia Violet – Gorgeous! I love Sophia and sort of like Violet and together they’re really nice. Sophia is beautiful and old fashioned while Violet it a bit more now. It’s a good balance.
Rosalind Sophia – I like this one better the other way. Sophia Rosalind has better flow, IMO, and the hard D at the end is a nice ending to the combo. Are you saying Rosalind like rosa-lind or roz-ah-lind?
Clara Eleanor – This is another with weird flow but the names are really nice together. Clara is sweet and simple while Eleanor is more bookish and old fashioned. I would do Clara Lenore for better flow and because I personally like Lenore (and her Poe connection) better.
Amelia Josephine – love love love Amelia. It’s so sweet and beautiful and has strong women connected to it and Josephine is soft and doesn’t contain hard sounds so it softens Amelia. Maybe I don’t make sense, but Amelia is like a loud name (like, the consonants in it are pronounced loudly, with emphasis) while Josephine is soft so they go nicely together.
Freya Vivienne – I’ve never liked that spelling of Vivian. It just looks overly frilly and contrived but that’s just my opinion. This one has that odd flow again which could be fixed by do Vivienne Freya. However, I like Freya much more.
Harriet Olivia – Harriet is a name I’ve never liked. It just makes me think of Hairy. And Olivia is so overdone and I’ve met so many I’m sick of it. So overall, I personally don’t like this one
Penelope Joy – Love it. Penelope has a great meaning I love and Nell is a great nickname and great mythology, and Joy is very simple.
Olivia Madeleine – These are two names that I’ve met so many people with and I’m so tired of seeing them that together, it’s meh. I think they should go with more unusual names or at least spicier names. Like Olivia Juliet and Rosalind Madeleine or something.
Emily Catherine – Both very safe and very classic but I do love them together. I have a soft spot for Emily.
Diana Juliet – The flow is nice here and I love the mythological connection with Diana, but I have never been able to like Juliet. It just makes me think of a 13 year old who killed herself because of boy troubles (I know the story is slightly deeper than that, but still).
Annabel Clarissa – I’ve never liked Annabel I just can’t get there. It sounds really country and like a cow (there was a movie I watched a ton growing up called Annabelle’s Christmas or something about a cow and that’s all I can think of). But I really like Clarissa and her literary connection. I would love this as Clarissa Annabel (even though there are 2 As there)
Isla Josephine – I dislike Isla. I just don’t like the sound, but the flow is really nice.
Abigail Felicity – Felicity always seemed really soap opera to me (but I like Felicia fine for some reason) but I really love Abigail. They go good together with good flow.
Isabella Claire – Two very popular names I’m sick of, sorry
Leah Margaret – Leah feels really insubstantial next to all the other names on your list. I like Margaret fine but mostly because I like Maggie
Lydia Isabelle – I like Lydia. It’s a great name that no one seems to be using. I don’t like Isabelle with it. The flow is weird and I don’t like how the I and A sound next to each other.
Lauren Arabella – Lauren also seems sort of bland with these names. Arabella Lauren, while the flow isn’t as good, fits in better with the others, IMO. I really love Arabella. She’s a spicy name
Elizabeth Joanna/Johannah – I say Joanna and Johannah differently, so that changes my opinion of the combo. Elizabeth Joanna sounds fine, if boring. Elizabeth Johannah sounds fine if a bit awkward (I pronounce the H in there)
