I’m getting closer to a [name_u]Winter[/name_u] combo! (Sorry for the ridiculous amount of posts lately; I’m making progress into getting my list the way I’d like it to be, and argh, I have so many questions!) I have about six combos that really feel pretty good:
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Camille[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Odette[/name_f]
And I have a couple combos that I have ideas for two mns: [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Camille[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Odette[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Camille[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f]? Bolded names are honoring.
I’ve also tossed about using family names [name_f]Jane[/name_f], [name_f]Lark[/name_f], [name_f]Kate[/name_f], [name_f]Helena[/name_f], [name_f]Ruth[/name_f], [name_f]Eilidh[/name_f] (AY-lee), or [name_f]Mae[/name_f], if they work in the right combo!
But while I like them all fairly well, and [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] the feel of all these combos, no combination of them have really clicked, so I’m wondering if I’ve not found the right combo yet? WDYT of these names, any ideas for a full two-mn combo if one of the single middle combos appeal, and alternate suggestions if you think I can do better?
Thanks, Berries!
I really like [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Odette[/name_f]!! As for two middles I like [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Lark[/name_f] [name_f]Odette[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eilidh[/name_f] [name_f]Odette[/name_f]! They all have a sweet fairy tale charm to them!
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Camille[/name_f] is so gorgeous!
I love [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m] and [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Edith[/name_f]
Sorry before for being upset about the nn [name_f]Winnie[/name_f], but it reminded me of the word wienee, then I realized it’s pronounced differently.
I like [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f], and [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Claire[/name_f] goes really well with [name_u]Winter[/name_u] because of the “light” meaning.
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Odette[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Camille[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]
I like [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Odette[/name_f] & the idea of [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]. [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is lovely, too!
Thanks, everyone! I’m just feeling rather “meh” about all my two-mn options at this point. I like all the two MN combos I’ve come up with ([name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Camille[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Camille[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Odette[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f], etc.), but they don’t feel quite perfect yet, and I’m not sure what to do to fix them.
I hate having combos I feel rather lackluster about on my list, and that’s how I feel with all my [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] combos right now. le sigh.
I’ve been thinking about [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Ayla[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Liesel[/name_f]/[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Liesl[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eilidh[/name_f], and [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] today, but I’m not sure what to do with them, or if I like them remotely as well as the previous combos. I’m liking [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eilidh[/name_f] the most of the options today, followed by [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f], but meh. I think I’m stuck.
@destinylost - it’s all good, girl! We all have those weird associations.
[name_u]Love[/name_u] the nn [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] for [name_u]Winter[/name_u]! It makes a modern, whimsy name feel almost classical.
I read [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and thought ooh that one is really nice, but then I came to [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] and I’m like This is The One!! Lol. For me anyway, I adore that combo. [name_u]Winter[/name_u] is so white and crisp, and [name_f]Leona[/name_f] has so much potential. [name_f]Leona[/name_f] can be a darling little cub, or a fierce protective lioness. And putting the two names together I picture a snow leopard (I know they’re not lions, but the big cat connection/jump is easy for me to make) pacing on a snowy mountain side.
I really like the idea of [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Odette[/name_f]. [name_f]Odette[/name_f] feels very complimentary with both names, and keeps the strong, regal yet cozy feel.
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] (too Christmasy?)
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Lumi[/name_f] (so much fun, with [name_f]Lumi[/name_f] meaning snow!)
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Estelle[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_u]Robin[/name_u]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_u]Seren[/name_u]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_u]Ariel[/name_u]/le
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Salome[/name_f]
