I’m sure this has been posted before, but does anyone else hate the pictures on the side. The naked pregnant lady picture advertisements I mean. It really bothers me every time I get on here, but this is my favorite baby name site. I find it offensive and think they have been on here long enough. Is there anything that can be done to change it?
They have been on a long time but I don’t find them offensive at all. I actually quite like them
Is it because she’s naked that it’s offensive?
to be honest, there are things in the world far more offensive in my mind than a naked woman
I don’t think it’s offensive… but it’s kind of weird. The thing that I don’t like is the baby with its arms behind its head. It’s a classic pinup girl pose. Maybe i just have a strange mind but it weirds me out.
Oh yeah, I’ve thought that before. It’s like when you see a little kid copy something they’ve seen an ault do on Tv or when a little girl is wearing a t-shirt that says playboy and you think “that seems a bit wrong”

I would see what you mean if the child were 3 or 4 (maybe), but it’s just a little baby. It’s certainly not sexual at all.
As for the naked pregnant women, it’s an advertisement, so I’d figure as long as someone is paying for the ad it will be there. I don’t find it offensive at all, it’s art, it’s not porn. That said, I don’t particularly like it, but it doesn’t both me at all. I’d much rather see that than a verizon ad.

Oh I don’t for a secnd think it’s anything sexual with the baby pic, obviously not intentionally so. But the pose is one associated with pin-ups so my mind can’t help but link the two things even when it’s entirely accidental
