How popular has the name [name_u]Raiden[/name_u] become? And do you think people are pronouncing it like [name_u]Ray[/name_u]-den or are they pronouncing it closer to the original [name_m]Ry[/name_m]-den? Thanks!
According to the Namberry popularity charts, it ranks #382 most popular for boys in the US. I pronounce it “[name_u]Ray[/name_u]-den”

I had a girl [name_u]Raiden[/name_u] (though maybe it was [name_m]Rayden[/name_m]) in a class last year, and she says “RAY-din”, but that’s the only [name_u]Raiden[/name_u] I’ve met.
The “RAY-din” pronounciation does fit in with all the other [name_u]Aiden[/name_u] names, however I would say “RYE-din” if I just read it. If I was told it was the other pronounciation, though, I would easily switch.
It ranks #382 but because of the popularity of -aiden names, it feels more common.
I pronounce it RY-den.
The only [name_u]Raiden[/name_u] I’ve met is female and pronounces it Ray-den.
I’m Australian. I’ve never heard of it seen it before, so I wouldn’t say it’s popular at all.
I’m British, I’ve never met a [name_u]Raiden[/name_u] and I would pronounce it [name_u]Ray[/name_u]-den.
I’ve never met a [name_u]Raiden[/name_u]
I’ve never met one but I’m not sure about the popularity. I say RY-den because I know that’s “correct” but I think most people would assume it’s RAY-den, like [name_m]Kaiden[/name_m], [name_u]Jaiden[/name_u], [name_u]Aiden[/name_u], etc
I’ve never heard this name. I’d also assume [name_u]Aiden[/name_u] with an R
