The Quick Poll Thread! (Part 1)

I think it just depends. I call one of my friends one nn while everyone else calls him another and even then he mostly goes by his full name. [name_m]Just[/name_m] depends on the person and their friends + family :slightly_smiling_face:

How do you instinctively pronounce [name_f]Klara[/name_f]?

  • Kl-AH-rah
  • Kl-EH-rah
  • I interchange between the two
  • Something else (@ me)

I’m an annoying American who can’t separate vowel sounds from my R so both of these would be impossible for me to say. I’d flip between KLAR-uh (rhyming with car) and KLAIR-uh (rhyming with hair). [name_f]Clara[/name_f] is always the second but the K would make me question myself. You can translate those into something non-American lol.

Here are some more water-inspired middle names for [name_u]Claude[/name_u]. I like [name_u]Claude[/name_u] [name_u]Ocean[/name_u] best out of your two, though!

Claude [name_m]Arroyo[/name_m]
[name_u]Claude[/name_u] Destan
[name_u]Claude[/name_u] [name_m]Irving[/name_m]
[name_u]Claude[/name_u] [name_u]Lincoln[/name_u]
[name_u]Claude[/name_u] [name_m]Llyr[/name_m] (Welsh name, pronounced kind of like 'Leer)
