In reality, people will always get it wrong sometimes. [name_f]My[/name_f] irl name also starts with a Je- sound and I have been called [name_f]Jessica[/name_f] multiple times when my name doesn’t at all sound like it. As you said, the people who care will get it right and it shouldn’t be a reason to avoid a name.

I struggled to choose between [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] & [name_u]Solstice[/name_u]! Both are beautiful! But I love a floral name for a boy and the nn options of [name_f]Mags[/name_f] & Nol are also lovely 
can’t go wrong with either combo imo!

Annie is an honour, and it has to be Annie rather than Anne or another form.

This is one of these things where I think “no” for other people / for general advice, but “yes” for me. I don’t think this is enough reason for someone not to use their favorite name, but I would not use the name [name_u]Konstantin[/name_u] because it would be mistaken for [name_u]Constantine[/name_u].

Sometimes I just feel like clicking through some randomly selected names just to get bit of inspiration or find something new. I know other sites have them, but their databases aren’t usually as good (IMO).
