I know someone who pronounces it ee-oh-nee (spelled [name_f]Ioni[/name_f] though, she’s an older lady in her 50s/60s, spelled that way to make it easier for her fam who’s Hispanic and Chinese), and that’s the pronunciation that comes most naturally to me, I really like eye-oh-nee to though
