The Quick Poll Thread! (Part 5)

I think [name_f]Lola[/name_f] and [name_f]Bea[/name_f] go well but [name_f]Dora[/name_f] is out of place, the fulls go well together though

I love [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], and [name_u]Florence[/name_u] together, but I feel like [name_f]Flora[/name_f] would fit in better as a nickname

Din & [name_f]Junie[/name_f] out of those (I like the [name_f]Star[/name_f] Wars association with Din btw) but Wyn/Win & [name_f]Juna[/name_f], Wyn/Win & [name_f]Una[/name_f] or Wyn/Win & [name_f]Duna[/name_f] could be nice. I also thought of [name_u]Owen[/name_u] for Downey but that’s pretty stretchy

Also my favs middles were [name_m]Scipio[/name_m] and [name_f]Aviatrix[/name_f]! [name_f]Djuna[/name_f] [name_f]Galilea[/name_f] could be pretty as well

how does astrea mean of the stars ? i would have cited it as an alternate form of astra, which means stars.

my daughters are eva (sometimes eve) and lucy (although she is trying out both lucia and lucie now as she isn’t sure which name she wants to be called at school vs at home etc)!

so in my head eve and lucy/ie should have a brother and a sister as my two do!

Not op, but Astrea is derived from Astraea, but I don’t know where the meaning came from, cuz from what I know about mythology it means “star maiden”. Astria is another variant. Astraea was the daughter of Astraeus and Eos.

i know !! i can totally see astrea is coming from astraea, or from astra, but either way it wouldn’t mean “of the stars” - it’s only that bit that confuses me.
