I love [name_f]Emily[/name_f], and it’s my favorite in general, but for a girl born today I might go with [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. I’m not sure if [name_f]Emily[/name_f] will ever feel super dated because it’s still classic, but if it does, I don’t know if I’d enjoy having a name that’s associated with the generation right above me.

For Gianna, the only one I know pronounces it like jee-AHN-ah. I like that pronunciation a lot, but not the one you listed so I didn’t vote for it. So it depends!
