In the US, if someone saw Deanna written down, they would…
- Probably pronounce it dee-ANN-uh
- Probably pronounce it DEEN-uh
- Probably pronounce it dee-AWN-uh / dee-AHN-uh (the ‘anna’ part like from Frozen)
- Probably pronounce it like day-anna or deh-anna
