There’s a comic I read with a character names Thermidora, I don’t think it’s super usable but I’ve warmed up to it as a name in general, especially with the similarity to Theodora/Theodore
the comic is Cursed [name_f]Princess[/name_f] Club, highly recommend it I started on a whim cause I was bored and it seemed funny but it very quickly became one of my favorite comics

@rosepip I’ve only heard [name_f]Marlene[/name_f] pronounced mar-leen, but I prefer mar-len and mar-len-uh!

@rosepip i love mar-LAY-nuh but spelt Marlena (i know a 6 year-old Marlena “Marley”, literally obsessed). mar-leen would always be my go to for Marlene

I voted yay, but I also think if you’re planning on calling her [name_u]August[/name_u], [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_u]Esme[/name_u] [name_f]Selene[/name_f] sounds gorgeous and I personally prefer it to the combo with [name_f]Augusta[/name_f] in terms of flow.

Completely agree with this. I also love mar-leen so I voted for that in the poll but if it was a choice between [name_f]Marlena[/name_f] and [name_f]Marlene[/name_f] it would be a much harder decision.
