Thoughts on these names ? :butterfly::victory_hand:t3:

I wouldn’t say Honey is unusable (I know of a girl with this name) but I will say it is brave. I think it would be better as a middle name, but if you wanted to use it as a first name, I think it might be okay, just out-there.

@readingreverie[name_f][/name_f] If you would like to move to the UK you’ll have less usability concerns with honey [name_f][/name_f] It’s used so much less as a term of endearment etc here.

Sorry , for similar polls .. I did Elora before but not Elara :yellow_heart::victory_hand:t3:

Felt conflicted on the [name_f]Honey[/name_f] question – I think it’s fine as a middle name. “extremely brave (if not questionable)” is sort of how I feel. It is “usable” because it’s in the top 1000 and people are using it but I feel it’s inadvisable?

I would say it’s extremely brave (if not questionable), and leave it at that. I know it’s seen as more usable outside of the US, which is the only reason I dont vote that it’s unusable.

[name_f][/name_f]

it’s still high on the list of things I wouldn’t want my boss to call me, and even if it’s someone’s name, I think it would be awkward to hear a man call a woman “honey” without knowing the context. furthermore, I feel like im hearing “honey” (or “hun”) being used more and more in a passive aggressive and/or condescending way, which puts me off [name_f]Honey[/name_f] as a name even more.

[name_f]Vision[/name_f] is such a fun name! I would probably steer away from [name_f]Vision[/name_f] [name_f]Cornelia[/name_f] though as it’s quite close to vision + cornea.
