Her last name is Kobayashi, and she is the brother of Kenji (first name) Riku (middle) and the daughter of Riku Kobayashi and Akari Kobayashi. Her parents were successful business ppl, and she was born circa 2010.

I’ve named her Akira Yuri Kobayashi, thx for the input, I would’ve never chosen this combo but I like the meaning of the first and middle—bright lily—and I like how it sounds with her last name

  • Akira Yuri Kobayashi yay
  • Akira Yuri Kobayashi may
  • Akira Yuri Kobayashi nay

Does Andy work as a nickname for Adrian?
  • Yeah, totally works
  • Kinda stretchy, but still works
  • Doesn’t work at all
  • I see your thought process but I only like obvious and intuitive nicknames
  • You have failed to capture my thoughts and I will elaborate in a comment.

I can see how you like there, and I don’t always only like obvious nicknames, but in this case I’m not a fan of [name_m]Adrian[/name_m] ‘Andy’

I voted ‘totally works’ because I personally know an [name_m]Adrian[/name_m] nn [name_m]Andy[/name_m], so I’ve never seen it as strange. The letters in [name_m]Andy[/name_m] are all prominent letters in [name_m]Adrian[/name_m], so it makes sense imo!

In my view, it doesn’t work well mostly because [name_m]Andy[/name_m] is almost singularly connected to [name_m]Andrew[/name_m], so it’s more confusing than anything else. I feel it’s a nickname you’d only use if quite close to the person.
