[name_m]Jamesy[/name_m]! [name_m]Jamesy[/name_m] [name_u]Kittiwake[/name_u] is so perfect.
I’d guess it was a boy but [name_u]Tilden[/name_u] “Tillie” on a girl would be adorable!
I just saw this for the first time and I’m wondering if this nn works?

What if I told you that it’s pronounced like Terry and that it’s a Gaelic name meaning “the son of the short man”?

I know Theodore was the top choice for this but if you had to choose between these two names

Also is the sah-ruh pronunciation going to be a pain to enforce in the states?

I think the sah-ruh pronunciation would be easier to enforce with [name_f]Sara[/name_f] over [name_f]Sarah[/name_f]
I’ve known a good amount of Sara/Sarah’s, one of them had that pronunciation and she didn’t have any problems, I don’t know which spelling she had though
love the nns, not a fan of the firsts
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f] and [name_f]Alice[/name_f] would be more perfect in my opinion as they are both gorgeous popular medieval names so have a better vibe in my opinion [name_f]Cicely[/name_f] would also be preferable to [name_u]Sisley[/name_u] for me
I love [name_u]Oleander[/name_u] for a boy, although it’s floriography imagery puts me off slightly. I’m not sure if this is for a girl or a boy? For me [name_u]Oleander[/name_u] is very masculine and [name_f]Edelweiss[/name_f] feminine
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you mean like sar- like rhyming with car or like trying to get the A sound like apple before an R? Because I can’t make that sound with my accent. Sar- would be doable but if someone said their name was “saa-ra” that would come across as sair-uh to me and that’s how I’d say it if I repeated it.
Firsts and middles for my short list Part 1 (other than my top 10)

A as in apple (although in Hebrew it’d be a like awesome)
