I wasn’t sure if it was just me  [name_f]My[/name_f] brother was a huge Blur fan when we were growing up. For the same reason my first association with [name_m]Graham[/name_m] will always be [name_m]Graham[/name_m] Coxon :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

How do you pronounce Prospero?

I know these won’t fit every kind of pronunciation, but just vote based on the sound of the second syllable

  • pros-perr-oh
  • pros-pear-oh

I say it pros-pear-oh but I watched a video and they mentioned The Tempest and pronounced it pros-perr-oh and now I’m wondering if that’s how it’s usually pronounced

Astilbe is such a fabulous flower name it has the best flower meaning (love at first sight/I will still be waiting for you)

I know this wasn’t part of the question, but I say it more like pro-spare-oh.

I forgot that it can have a different first syllable :woman_facepalming:

I think most anything’s usable in the middle slot, if the immediate reactions to you’re child’s name when they are born doesn’t bother you :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

(I say, knowing that you are nowhere hear children )
