What do you think of the middle [name_u]Griffin[/name_u] with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]? It’s a play on a family name, and we like to use one family name for our kids. Unfortunately all the male names on my side are blah, and my older son has a family name from my husband’s side, so I really want this one to be from mine. The only other option I like would be [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_u]West[/name_u]. Thoughts?

It’s fine, but I personally much prefer [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_u]West[/name_u].

I actually love [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_u]Griffin[/name_u]! It’s a good balance of sounds and syllables. [name_u]Griffin[/name_u] feels more modern and surnamey, yes, but I think that only adds to [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]’s classic charm. I think it’s a great combo!
