[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] – [name_u]Love[/name_u] this. Very classic and elegant. Classic middles to match: [name_f]Belle[/name_f], [name_f]Marie[/name_f], [name_f]Iris[/name_f], [name_f]May[/name_f]
[name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] – Beautiful! Definitely use a shorter middle, though, like [name_f]Eve[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_u]Sky[/name_u], or [name_u]Rain[/name_u].

[name_u]Blair[/name_u] – Kind of blunt, but very fashionable. I like it. Use a longer middle, like [name_f]Felicity[/name_f], [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], [name_f]Artemisia[/name_f], etc.
[name_u]Teegan[/name_u] - this should be either [name_u]Tegan[/name_u] or [name_u]Teagan[/name_u]. Spelled properly, I absolutely love the name! With unisex names I like word names in the middle like [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_f]Hope[/name_f] or [name_u]Tegan[/name_u] [name_f]Faith[/name_f].
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] - this is pretty but it’s rising in popularity. Some of the other names on your list like [name_u]Tegan[/name_u], [name_u]Devon[/name_u] and [name_u]Blair[/name_u] feel more unique and would seem more thoughtfully chosen.
[name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] - could this be a middle name? I think this is an elaborate name and seems a lot more dramatic than the other names on your list.
[name_u]Devon[/name_u] - I think this is a name that a girl would really like to have growing up right now. It has a “V” in the middle like many popular names, [name_f]Ava[/name_f], [name_f]Eve[/name_f], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_u]Avery[/name_u], [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], etc., but feels way more unique and has strength.
[name_u]Dana[/name_u] - this name has always struck me as plain, even though it’s nice. At this point I think [name_f]Donna[/name_f] would be more interesting. FYI, I know three MEN in their 30s with the name [name_u]Dana[/name_u]. I never understood that name choice for boys, and it made me like the name even less on girls.
[name_u]Skylar[/name_u] - feels sort of like it was popular in the late 90s, not so much anymore? I think it will sound dated sooner rather than later, like [name_u]Bailey[/name_u].
[name_u]Blair[/name_u] - pretty! Simple and sophisticated.

[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] - very lovely and sweet.
[name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] - absolutely beautiful and my own top choice for a girl, so I’m biased. However, I do agree with the previous poster. It seems worldly different from other names on your list (closest would be [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], but that’s it). I cannot image sisters named [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f], [name_u]Skylar[/name_u] and [name_u]Teegan[/name_u]. Too different.
[name_u]Devon[/name_u] - this is pretty cool and sophisricated.
[name_u]Dana[/name_u] - nms, but pretty soft and nice.
[name_u]Skylar[/name_u] - personally I prefer [name_u]Skye[/name_u]. Not a big fan.
[name_u]Blair[/name_u] - nms too but I can see the appeal.
