I have [name_m]Orchard[/name_m] on my list! It’s one of my favorites honor names for my favorite book. These are lovely!

[name_m]Orchard[/name_m] and [name_u]Coast[/name_u] are wonderful!

Unfortunately Brine makes me think of tuna :smiling_face_with_tear:

[name_u]Coast[/name_u] and [name_m]Orchard[/name_m] are really cool! I’m not really a fan of Brine because i just think of well… brine and canned food.

I’ve heard of [name_u]Coast[/name_u] before! In fact, here is an article about a real life [name_u]Coast[/name_u] (with some very cool sib names - though, not a big fan of the language used in the opening of the article - just linking as so you can see irl usage)
I quite enjoy it

Brine is a bit rough and icky. Reminds me of tinned fish

[name_m]Orchard[/name_m] is kind of cool, I can see it working.

Hmmm… not sure, Brine is too fishy () and I’m not keen on the sound; [name_u]Coast[/name_u] is quite smart - could be funny if he’s a free-loader type but it works; [name_m]Orchard[/name_m], I think, would be best as a middle.

I have been stuck on [name_u]Dune[/name_u] lately. I think that could make a cool name.

Absolutely love [name_u]Coast[/name_u] + [name_m]Orchard[/name_m].

I have [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_u]Coast[/name_u] on my list :ocean:

Brine reminds me of tuna!

[name_u]Breeze[/name_u], [name_u]Coast[/name_u], [name_u]Blue[/name_u] & Harbour are quite the name set!

[name_u]Coast[/name_u] is super cute!! I wouldn’t use brine as it makes me think of pickling, but [name_f]Briony[/name_f] for a girl is a nice alternative. [name_m]Orchard[/name_m] is okay, just a little too harsh of sounds for my taste.

Agree with others about [name_u]Coast[/name_u] and [name_m]Orchard[/name_m] being nice, Brine not so much just because of meaning (although the aesthetics of the sounds are fine, hence [name_f]Briony[/name_f] being a possible alternative!). People also may confuse it with [name_m]Brian[/name_m].

As to other “these should be names”, since having our son, I’ve been joking to my partner that along with the recent trend of -er and job names (Hunter, [name_u]Archer[/name_u], [name_m]Rider[/name_m] etc), people should consider Forager and Scavenger  Our son would ignore perfectly good food in front of him in favour of a dried pea that had rolled behind a pot plant or the likes , and is also very good at helping himself to tomatoes etc straight from the garden. It’s mostly a joke, but I don’t think Forager would be TOO bad - brings to mind foraging for berries in a forest?

Sorry I don’t have any really serious ideas to contribute at the moment!

Hey if [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] can be a name, why not Forager!

I don’t know about Brine… makes think of curing olives or fish… :grimacing: But [name_m]Orchard[/name_m] is definitely pretty ( I know a few people with this as a surname).

I don’t know why everyone is saying Brine gives them fish vibes, it sounds almost exactly like [name_m]Brian[/name_m]
