[name_u]Baby[/name_u] no 3 due [name_u]November[/name_u], gender is a surprise.
[name_f]Girl[/name_f] name is decided, we have two options. Boys name has us absolutely stumped.
After 20 weeks of deliberating, we decided on a name that unfortunately was chosen by some friends last week (unknowingly in their part, we have kept our names a secret this time around). So it’s back to the drawing board.
Names I like for Boys:
[name_u]Jai[/name_u] (pronounced like eye)
[name_u]Bowie[/name_u] (husband really not on board)
[name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] (again, hubby not on board)
[name_u]Frankie[/name_u]
[name_u]Billy[/name_u]
[name_u]Miles[/name_u] (doesn’t quite flow with our surname)
[name_u]Hendrix[/name_u] (again, hubby not on board)
[name_u]Jesse[/name_u]
[name_m]Teilo[/name_m] (too similar to our second child’s name)
[name_u]Wilder[/name_u] (husband hates)
There are quite a lot of names I like, but have been used by different friendship groups and we want to have our own name within our groups, if that makes sense.
Any suggestions welcome. I like names that aren’t super common, but not really out there. Nickname names. Surname for first names. Gender neutral. Earthy inspired.
Sublings are [name_u]Indiana[/name_u] and [name_u]Tully[/name_u].
(FWIW, I really don’t like [name_u]Frankie[/name_u] for a boy or girl but especially a boy - I find it really honky and only good on a kid under 5. I like [name_u]Jesse[/name_u] of those on your list.)
I love [name_u]Milo[/name_u], but in Australia it’s a very well known childhood choc/malt drink that you mix with milk. Don’t know how well it would be received
