I’m looking for something with the same old-world charm as his siblings, with a cute nickname. Some of my ideas so far include:

I find boy names so much harder than girl’s!

Oh my, I love [name_m]Winston[/name_m]. I’d have to speak to my brother though because that is actually his dog’s name

[name_m]Hugo[/name_m] is another winner, but unfortunately a friend of mine already has a [name_m]Hugo[/name_m].

Me too! The nicknames are probably my favourite part of this name. Plus I’ve only ever known of one other [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] which is good, seeing as I’d prefer a name that is slightly more unusual, but not obscure.

I love [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] nn [name_u]Sully[/name_u], and I was literally just about to suggest [name_m]Rafferty[/name_m] nn [name_m]Raff[/name_m]/[name_u]Rafe[/name_u] for you! I don’t think it’s too much - it’s bouncy and lively but feels sturdy at the same time, and the nicknames feel just as sweet and vintage as [name_f]Della[/name_f] and [name_u]Teddy[/name_u].
