Proud synesthete over here
Vowels have much stronger colors for me, so consonants will frequently be described as “dark” while vowels are in more detail.
Maebry Eloise -Maebry is darkish, red then white because of the ae but with yellow at the end for the y. M, B, and R are all black or blue or dark brown. Eloise is lovely- white, darkish L, blue O, yellow I, pale S, white E. Eloise is like a bird’s flight. Big beautiful dive down & rise back up, flapping, on the end of Eloise.
Emilia Sunday- Emilia is all yellow and white, except for a bit of barn-red at the A. Sunday is pale mauve pink with muted orange, pale red and yellow at the end for the -day. Lively Emilia, sunny Sunday, splatters of paint.
Waverly Marit- White for the W, red, tennis-ball yellow, white again, and all dark for the other letters. Marit- Dark M, red A, black R, yellow I and dark tan T. Not much going on here. Flat.
Archer Finley -Archer’s lovely. Red A, black R, neutral-dark CH, white E and black R. Little green in there somewhere. Finley is pale yellow and orange for the FI, dark for the NL, white for the E and yellow fro the Y. Very crisp, verging on autumn.
Quentin Atlas -Pale, almost colorless Q, pinker but still faint U, white E, neutral consonants and yellow I. Atlas is all red, bold. Quentin Atlas is a little adventurer- Atlas for the maps, Quentin for the curiosity.
Everett Gray- Everett is almost all white, except for a few dark and gray spots. Gray is, unsurprisingly, grayish, with a bit of red in the middle. Prefer the Grey spelling as it has better colors in my view- lovely pale dove gray, pearly white for the E. Everett’s all mountain peaks, cold stone, heights. Gray’s the same. Lovely.
