At 8 weeks I was told I was having a ds however at 28 weeks I was told Im having a dd. [name_m]Ive[/name_m] been bombarded by stories of the sex of a child being different at birth than what was said at ultrasound from ppl with experience. I have a 2 year old son his name is [name_u]Liam[/name_u] - (aft prince [name_m]William[/name_m] & [name_u]Liam[/name_u] Nesson) Ijay - (made it up aft his dads 1st name [name_m]Vijay[/name_m]) Kartik - (name given by dad aft a hindu God) Mahabir - (dads surname)

as per 8 weeks ultrasound I chose the name [name_u]Callum[/name_u] - (I think it goes well with [name_u]Liam[/name_u]) [name_m]Ajay[/name_m] - (to match dads name of [name_m]Vijay[/name_m]) & allowing dad to give 3rd name & surname.

Now that we were told that they are 90% sure we having a girl, Im torn between names.

I prefer [name_f]Victoria[/name_f], I wouldn’t be sure how to pronounce and spell [name_f]Hailie[/name_f] at first sight. And the connection to her dad’s name is sweet!

Ohhh this is a tough one. I prefer [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] to [name_f]Hailie[/name_f] as I feel it goes week with big brother [name_m]Kian[/name_m] and is timeless and can be used as an hour name !

I prefer [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] as a first name. Perhaps [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] Janya or [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] Jhanvi she could also be “[name_m]Vijay[/name_m]” [name_m]Jr[/name_m]

Maybe I’m misunderstanding but I can’t believe they told you the sex of the baby at 8 weeks! That seems way too early. I’m sorry that mixup happened. Both names you’ve chosen are lovely though so either way the baby will have a beautiful name.

Hailei is not a name I like, so [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]! I would also think [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_u]Vivian[/name_u], [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], etc. would fit as well!!
