I have friends who just had a baby on [name]July[/name] 24th. Older sibling’s name is [name]Ezra[/name] Grae. New babies name is [name]Ember[/name] [name]Ane[/name]. What do you think of these names? [name]Do[/name] you think they’re boys, girls or 1 of each? [name]Do[/name] you like them or not (and why)?
[name]Just[/name] curious as to thoughts others have.
id say they ara both girls
i like [name]Ezra[/name], not a fan of Grae, [name]Ember[/name] is really cute but i prefer [name]Ane[/name] spelt [name]Anne[/name] or [name]Ann[/name]
I would pick [name]Ezra[/name] as a boy and [name]Ember[/name] as a girl. But who knows, seem pretty unisex to me.
[name]Don[/name]'t really love any of the names.
Um. [name]Ezra[/name] as a boy’s name is lovely. I don’t know what Grae is. A misspelling of grey? I’m guessing boy?
[name]Ember[/name] is… Less than attractive to me. I’d guess girl. I don’t what what [name]Ane[/name] is. [name]Ann[/name]/[name]Anne[/name] is boring as a middle name, if not for family reasons, and misspelling it doesn’t make it sound more interesting, only look more confusing.
All in all, completely not my thing, though I don’t love [name]Ezra[/name] for a boy.
I love [name]Ezra[/name] Grae but I wish it was [name]Ezra[/name] [name]Grey[/name]. That would be perfect! I would assume a boy since both names are masculine.
[name]Ember[/name] [name]Ane[/name] is most likely a girl because of the middle name. I’d prefer [name]Ember[/name] [name]Anne[/name]. I’m not a huge fan of [name]Ember[/name] but I like [name]Embry[/name] for a boy.
[name]Ezra[/name] Grae: 1) 2 very masculine names on a girl. If you’re going to give a girl a more masculine name, at least make the other name more feminine. 2) Grae is misspelled. It should be [name]Gray[/name] or [name]Grey[/name]. It’s almost like they were trying too hard to come up with her name!!
[name]Ember[/name] [name]Ane[/name]: 1) [name]Ane[/name] (though it comes up on this site as a variation of [name]Anne[/name]/[name]Ann[/name]) looks like someone didn’t know how to spell it and guessed wrong. 2) [name]Ember[/name] could be mistaken for [name]Amber[/name] often. I surprised myself by actually liking [name]Ember[/name]! It took them almost 2 days to come up with this one!
Another name they may have gone with if she had been a winter baby - [name]Winter[/name] with a ‘y’. IE: [name]Wynter[/name] or Wintyr or etc. [name]Glad[/name] they nixed that one!! If you wouldn’t spell the season winter with a ‘y’, why would you do so with a name!?!?! They also had a hard time finding a female name that went with a female [name]Ezra[/name]. So they almost had to go with a very unisex name for #2, too.
