Thoughts on Adarine

I have been doing research on my family ancestry recently. One of the 3x great grandmothers was named [name_f]Mary[/name_f] Adarine. I’ve never heard or seen of this name before. I think it’s pretty.

What are your thoughts on it? How would you pronounce Adarine? And what are some middle names that would go with this name?

Thanks!

Sound wise it isn’t bad, similar to [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], etc. I’d instinctively pronounce it add-ah-rihn. I like that it’s a family name. It does kinda remind me of Adderall though

ay-duh-REEN (as in, the name Ada and -reen)

When I first read it, I thought it was a variation of Adrienne spelt in a quirky way. Now I see it’s not, lol!
