I would love to hear your opinions on
[name_m]Alec[/name_m] [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u].
The name just popped into my head the other day and I realized I’m loving it! It’s much cooler than then every-day [name_u]Alex[/name_u], and I really think it hits the sweet spot between uncommon yet well-known.
Though there does seem to be a different feel to it than my sons’ names, [name_m]Harlan[/name_m] and [name_m]Rafferty[/name_m], [name_m]Alec[/name_m] is more serious somehow. Could they still be brothers?
[name_m]How[/name_m] do [name_m]Alec[/name_m] and [name_m]Roman[/name_m] sound as twins?
I like it a lot!! [name_m]Alec[/name_m] is distinctive, grounded but with a bit of flair.
[name_m]Alec[/name_m] [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] is great!
I enjoy it with [name_m]Rafferty[/name_m] and [name_m]Harlan[/name_m] and [name_m]Roman[/name_m] works well with it.
Funny, a friend was visiting from San [name_m]Francisco[/name_m] just yesterday and he was saying he and wife have ‘[name_m]Alec[/name_m]’ picked as their top choice… it’s a good name. It’s familiar but still strikes you as distinctive. And I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] it paired with [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u].
I think [name_m]Harlan[/name_m], [name_m]Rafferty[/name_m], [name_m]Alec[/name_m] would be great together. I think [name_m]Alec[/name_m] Bellmay is fantastic!
I also love [name_m]Alec[/name_m] – going to be using it soon for our next’s MN – and I think [name_m]Alec[/name_m] and [name_m]Roman[/name_m] sound great together.
Oh man I love [name_m]Alec[/name_m], and [name_m]Alec[/name_m] [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] is gorgeous and so cool
I think [name_m]Harlan[/name_m], [name_m]Rafferty[/name_m] and [name_m]Alec[/name_m] sound like brothers, though I’m not entirely sold on [name_m]Alec[/name_m] and [name_m]Roman[/name_m]. But, as always, if you love it then you should use it
[name_m]Alec[/name_m] has long been a favourite of mine. I’ve always wondered why it’s not a lot more popular. I prefer it over the longer version [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]. I’m not so keen on [name_m]Roman[/name_m], but I do love [name_m]Alec[/name_m] and [name_m]Ronan[/name_m].
[name_m]Alec[/name_m] [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] is a great combo - familiar, yet different, just as I like them. [name_m]Alec[/name_m] & [name_m]Roman[/name_m] work well for brothers/twins.
[I will tell you to be aware with [name_m]Alec[/name_m] that he will often be mistaken for “[name_u]Alex[/name_u]”. My now 21 year old nephew has this name (interestingly with this your combo, his sister’s name is [name_f]Bella[/name_f]) and he’s always mistaken for “[name_u]Alex[/name_u]” in speech and writing, and often times even when some people are corrected, they still seem to say/write “[name_u]Alex[/name_u]”. [name_m]Alec[/name_m] is a great name, but I just wanted to share my experience with it with you]
