DH and I are having a difficult time naming our first baby boy! His middle name will be [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]. We like the name [name_m]Grayson[/name_m]…so [name_m]Grayson[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] Eavenson (pronounced Evanson). What are your thoughts?
[name_m]Grayson[/name_m] is fine. [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] is fine. But [name_m]Grayson[/name_m] Evanson is quite sing songy. Keep in mind that middle names aren’t usually said.
I personally prefer [name_u]Gray[/name_u] over [name_m]Grayson[/name_m]. I also feel [name_u]Gray[/name_u] works better with your surname. Although [name_u]Gray[/name_u] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] sounds like gray haze. [name_u]Gray[/name_u] [name_m]Hawthorne[/name_m], [name_u]Gray[/name_u] [name_u]Hayden[/name_u], [name_u]Gray[/name_u] [name_u]Hudson[/name_u]?
I would not use a -son name with your surname. It is too repetitive and difficult to say together.
Agreed - lots of repeated sounds in this combo: Grayson Hayes Eavenson.
Is using [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] as the fn an option? [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] Evenson is very handsome!
I like [name_m]Grayson[/name_m] and [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] but I agree with pp that [name_m]Grayson[/name_m] Eavanson is a little repetitive. I think something like Grayden [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] would take out one of the repeating sounds. Grayden [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] Eavanson is very handsome and I personally think the d sound seperates the repeating sounds.
[name_m]Just[/name_m] agreeing with previous posters. I think [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] Eavenson is nice. If you don’t want [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] in the first name spot, how about:
[name_m]Graham[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_m]Griffin[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_m]Grant[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_u]Grady[/name_u] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_m]Clark[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_u]Everett[/name_u] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_m]Lincoln[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_m]Declan[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_m]Nathan[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_m]Beckett[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
I think you should avoid -son names with your last name… But [name_m]Grayson[/name_m] matches your surname too much but [name_u]Gray[/name_u] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] sounds weird. So perphas you need to consider other first name…
I love [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] by the way!
[name_m]Greyson[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] is wonderful.
[name_m]Greyson[/name_m] Eaverson is too repetitive.
Why not [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] [name_m]Greyson[/name_m]? The sound-a-like middle-last name is cool.
[name_m]Grayson[/name_m] ends in the same sound as your surname, so I would really recommend finding a new first name. [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] works though!
This is just what I observed. Especially with [name_m]Grayson[/name_m] Eavenson. [name_m]Grayson[/name_m] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] isn’t as noticable.
I completely agree! [name_u]Love[/name_u] this option!
