My first baby’s due in [name]October[/name], and we’ve pretty much decided on [name]Olive[/name] for a girl, but we’re still tossing up boys names (we’re not finding out the sex).
Our top two at the moment are [name]Theodore[/name] (nn [name]Ted[/name] or [name]Teddy[/name]) and [name]Otis[/name]. Middle name will be [name]James[/name] (family name). Does anyone have or know an [name]Otis[/name] or a [name]Teddy[/name], and what do you think?

I love [name]Theodore[/name]! It’s a classic but not boring. I’m not a fan of [name]Otis[/name] at all. I think of the dog (or cat?) from [name]Milo[/name] and [name]Otis[/name]. Though I don’t feel that way really about [name]Milo[/name]. But either way, I don’t really like [name]Otis[/name], sorry.
I like the name [name]Otis[/name]. I think it’s quirky and unexpected. I’m not a fan of [name]Theodore[/name]. I’m not sure why. I do like [name]Teddy[/name] as a nn, though.
My vote goes to [name]Theodore[/name], with [name]Teddy[/name] or [name]Theo[/name] as a nn. Plus [name]Theodore[/name] [name]James[/name] flows nicely. 
Sorry but I’m not a fan of [name]Otis[/name]. Other suggestions for a boy that start with an O:
[name]Oliver[/name] (but then [name]Olive[/name] would be off the table for a future girl if this baby is a boy)

[name]Otis[/name] I don’t love but it does have the association for me of the old [name]Beverly[/name] [name]Cleary[/name] book “[name]Ellen[/name] Tebbits.” there is a boy in there named [name]Otis[/name], a funny character.
[name]Love[/name] love love [name]Theodore[/name]. Prefer the nn [name]Theo[/name], but [name]Teddy[/name] is still cute. Not a big fan of [name]Otis[/name]. What about [name]Otto[/name]?
[name]Otis[/name] does not such like a nice name at all, I’m sorry.
I love [name]Theodore[/name] though. Why not NN [name]Theo[/name]? I think [name]Theo[/name] [name]James[/name] is cute!
