So, one of my sisters just found out she’s having twin girls! This is so exciting because my older sister had a son in Feb, I recently gave birth to a baby girl and now our sister will be a mommy! our already big family is growing. Anyway, my sister has a completely different taste than mine. I like unisex names and she loves classic feminine names.
She has always wanted to name her future daughter [name_f]Brianna[/name_f]. She loves the name and I am sure she will use it for one of the girls. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think this name is dated? Also, what do you think about the [name_f]El[/name_f]- name as a middle name? Perhaps [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] or [name_f]Ellen[/name_f] as thse are her husband’s family names.
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] is our family name and I used it as my daughter’s mn. My sister loves it and I dont mind if she uses it as a fn for her second baby girl. I talked today and she wants to use another [name_f]El[/name_f]- name as a middle name to start a theme. She likes [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f].
So what do you think about [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] [name_f]Ellen[/name_f]/[name_u]Eloise[/name_u] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] as sisters?
Any other suggestions for a twin sister for [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] or [name_f]Claire[/name_f] with [name_f]El[/name_f]- middle names?
My sister also likes [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_f]Florence[/name_f] and [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f]
I think [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] sounds beautiful! While I do think [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] feels a tad bit outdated, it is nonetheless a pretty name. Another uncommon and less-dated variation could be [name_f]Bria[/name_f]?
In terms of siblings, [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] sound fine, although a bit different in terms of style. [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is sweet, but feels more expected next to [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u]. More el names that could go with [name_f]Claire[/name_f] would be [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Elena[/name_f], or [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Eliana[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] would sound best with [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f]; [name_f]Florence[/name_f] has a much more vintage feel. I also like [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] as a twin sister for [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] or [name_f]Claire[/name_f]!
Thank you for your suggestions. Im sure my sister is gonna love [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]! And [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Eliana[/name_f] is gorgeous
I do think of [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] as dated, but I also understand that it’s her favorite name. Has she thought about [name_f]Bree[/name_f] or [name_f]Brielle[/name_f]? Or even [name_f]Liana[/name_f]
I like how [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] sounds! [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] [name_f]Ellen[/name_f] just makes the combo seem more dated, whereas [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] makes [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] seem fresher.
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is nice. I’d personally use a more daring middle name with [name_f]Claire[/name_f] (like [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Elina[/name_f] etc) but there’s nothing wrong with it! I think [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] work well as sisters.
