What are your thoughts on Carina?

Not dated at all! It was never popular enough, at least where I live, to be dated now. [name_f]Marina[/name_f] feels more dated than [name_f]Carina[/name_f] to me because the Marinas I’ve known have always been of my generation – in line with [name_u]Madison[/name_u], [name_f]Makayla[/name_f], and [name_f]Melissa[/name_f].
I know one [name_f]Carina[/name_f] (age 11-12), and I think it’s a very charming name that wears well on any age.

I like both! I know one [name_f]Marina[/name_f] and one [name_f]Karina[/name_f] my age. I slightly prefer [name_f]Marina[/name_f] but both are really nice!

It feels a bit dated to me, the only one I knew would be in her mid-late 30s by now, she’s also the reason I have a very bad image with the name. I’ve known a few Marina’s and all of them have been around my age (so teen) or younger and super sweet plus I like the ocean connection to it so I much prefer [name_f]Marina[/name_f], of course this is based off my experience in general there’s nothing wrong with [name_f]Carina[/name_f] I just don’t personally like it

Both are absolutely gorgeous! If I had to choose it would probably be [name_f]Marina[/name_f] because [name_f]Carina[/name_f] is significantly more popular in my area.
