I like it. I think it flows well and sounds very pretty. I think I would like [name]Lillian[/name] [name]Margo[/name] or [name]Liliana[/name] [name]Margo[/name] a bit better.
I like it! I usually prefer a longer [name]Lily[/name] name with [name]Lily[/name] as a nn, but I really like just [name]Lily[/name] [name]Margo[/name]. I do prefer the [name]Margot[/name] spelling, though–I think [name]Lily[/name] [name]Margot[/name] would be amazing! It just looks more balanced to me.
I would personally prefer [name]Lillian[/name] [name]Margot[/name], with the nickname of [name]Lily[/name].

Awwww, this is a cute name! As others have mentioned, maybe a longer name with the nn [name]Lily[/name] would be better, but it’s got a nice ring to it. I never can picture the name [name]Lily[/name] on an adult woman to be honest. I really love dantea’s suggestion of [name]Lilliana[/name]!
It’s cute. [name]Lily[/name] is very girly and sweet, but I think [name]Margo[/name] grounds it well. The flow is good, too.
I was wondering what this name reminded me of and it dawned on me, the song [name]Lili[/name] [name]Marleen[/name]! I love that song so it only makes this name a little sweeter
