3 weeks to go! [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] always made my list but never my partners until yesterday when they said the name had grown on them. I’m looking for something spunky and somewhat unique. What sort of girl would a girl named [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] be in 2017?
I love the name [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]. I would use it as a middle name to honor my grandmother, [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f]. I think it is nice as a first name also. I haven’t personally met any children recently named [name_f]Daisy[/name_f].

Seeing it used on TV shows, such as Bones helped me to picture it being used on an adult…so I think it has potential!
It’s one of my top choices I like that it’s a flower name and like the above posters said, it’s sweet and sunny. It’s also not too popular and will stand out, I think. Tbh, [name_f]Julia[/name_f] [name_m]Roberts[/name_m] in Mystic Pizza really showed that the name isn’t just for little girls, but can be sexy and strong on a grown woman.
I know a [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] and she is…21? I think. haha So I have no problem seeing it on an adult or a child. I met her when she was 18 or 19, so it’s never seemed weird. I think [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is cute and sunny and whatnot as everyone else has said, but daisies are also hearty flowers and are said to symbolize innocence, purity, and loyal love. They’re also convey cheerfulness. Definitely a good name. =]
My former roommates niece was named [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] a year and a half ago. I just can’t picture the name being taken seriously and professionally as an adult.

I love it! It’s probably tied with [name_f]Violet[/name_f] for my favorite floral name these days. I have known several Daisys, so I can see it on a girl (or woman) of any age, with pretty much any personality trait. I’m about 90% sure that if I ever had a [name_f]Daisy[/name_f], she’d be [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] nn [name_f]Daisy[/name_f], and I imagine her plaguing me to teach her piano from a very young age, and it quickly becoming her whole world. I imagine her loving to curl up on mama’s lap for reading time, right before bed, and having a compassionate and gentle heart. She’d be happy, a little bit stoic, a little bit silly, and wise beyond her years.
