What are your thoughts or opinions on the name [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]?
It’s pretty, vintage name, no bad nicknames or associations and age well.

A name with no problems really. I prefer the spelling [name_f]Emeline[/name_f] due to its simplicity.

[name_f]Emmaline[/name_f], [name_f]Emmalyn[/name_f],
[name_f]Emmalyn[/name_f] (emah-lin)
I think it’s a sweetly vintage jewel but only if it’s pronounced the original way (leen). The name loses some of its charm for me when people use the “line” or “lyn” pronunciations.
That’s how I feel! I love it with the “leen” pronounciation.
It’s a pretty name… I like it much better then [name_f]Emily[/name_f] or [name_f]Emma[/name_f].
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] is so charming and beautiful. [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] has several choices of nicknames; [name_f]Em[/name_f], [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Emme[/name_f] (em-me), and [name_f]Millie[/name_f]. [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] ages well and I can picture it on a wide variety of personalities.
Adding, I prefer the line pronunciation.
