Thoughts on Fern and Fawn / Faun?

What do you think? Which do you prefer? Which spelling - [name]Fawn[/name] or [name]Faun[/name]? [name]Just[/name] general thoughts and reactions?

I absolutely love [name]Fern[/name]. I had this name chosen for my first child.

I prefer [name]Freya[/name] and [name]Fleur[/name] to [name]Fawn[/name]

I love [name]Fern[/name] and [name]Fawn[/name]. << spelled like that. Quirky and pretty and vintage. That meets my criteria.

I love [name]Fern[/name] and prefer [name]Fawn[/name] over [name]Faun[/name].

Good luck!

[name]Love[/name] [name]Fern[/name] and can’t stand [name]Fawn[/name]/[name]Faun[/name]. Are you aware of the mythological definition of a faun?

I also love [name]Fern[/name] but am not a fan of [name]Fawn[/name]/[name]Faun[/name].

[name]Love[/name] [name]Fern[/name]! [name]Fawn[/name] is okay, but not my style.

I love [name]Fern[/name] and [name]Fawn[/name] is a total guilty pleasure of mine. [name]Both[/name] are so sweet!

I know a Fawnie - he’s a boy! But it’s just a family nn and only his sisters call him that.

I like the [name]Fawn[/name] spelling better.

[name]Fawn[/name]. I love it.

A fern is a beautiful shady garden plant, generally with lacy leaves.

A fawn is a baby deer or an alternate spelling for faun.

A faun is a mythological goat man with a large penis who’s main interests are drunken orgies.

So, uh, [name]Fern[/name] > [name]Fawn[/name] > [name]Faun[/name].

I’m a fan of [name]Fawn[/name].
I think it’s a great middle name and replacement to the more “dated” [name]Dawn[/name].

[name]Natalie[/name] [name]Fawn[/name], for example, is a lovely combo. [name]Natalie[/name] is more grounded, and [name]Fawn[/name] is more light, springy.

[name]LOVE[/name] [name]Fern[/name]. [name]Fawn[/name] sounds sweet, but let’s be real, the first thing that pops into my head is Mr. Tumnus from the Chronicles of [name]Narnia[/name]. There’s no way I would ever bestow that on a child, even if he is played by the lovely [name]James[/name] McAvoy.

Aaaw, I love [name]Fern[/name].

I was immediately reminded of a character in a favourite children’s book, but after racking my brain I still couldn’t remember WHICH book?? Google helped- it was [name]Charlotte[/name]'s [name]Web[/name], of course!!

[name]Lovely[/name].

Yes for [name]Fern[/name] but not for [name]Fawn[/name]. Absolutely not for [name]Faun[/name]…

I love [name]Fern[/name], and think [name]Fawn[/name] (definitely prefer this spelling) is nice too.

I love [name]Fern[/name] but I’m not very fond of [name]Fawn[/name] or [name]Faun[/name], sorry.
