Thoughts on Hailey?

I’ve realised there are a lot of girls over 13 here named [name]Hailey[/name], so it got me to thinking. It’s a pretty name, and sound imo. A bit…ho-hum and common seeming, but nice none the less. I do like it.

What do you think of the name [name]Hailey[/name]? Would you use it, or like to hear it used?

Confession time: I actually love [name]Hailey[/name] to bits. It’s super popular/common, which is sad, but it’s such a sweet name. My biggest problem with it is that I have a hard time seeing it on a girl older than about grade two :stuck_out_tongue: I would use it if it weren’t so dang popular!

I agree!i think [name]Hailey[/name] is a great name. I know quite a few Haileys each girl very different, yet the name suits each one.

I actually like [name]Halle[/name] better than [name]Hailey[/name] but I think it is a cute name.

I admit, I do like the name even though it’s over used.

Yup, I love it too…

I also like it (I prefer [name]Hayley[/name] but that’s just me). It’s too similar for me to use with my other daughter’s name but I’d love to see someone else use it.

I actually love this name. I myself was planning on using it at one point, however, it just got too popular. Nonetheless, its a pretty name.

Popular names are usually well-loved for a reason, and [name]Hailey[/name] is no exception.

[name]Hayleigh[/name] is my dog’s name :D. But I like it for humans too! I also like [name]Kaylie[/name], [name]Baylie[/name], Jaylie, and Braylie too.

I prefer [name]Haley[/name] spelling…it’s a nice name. I don’t hear it often.

[name]Love[/name] [name]Hailey[/name] though prefer the [name]Hayley[/name] spelling … pretty name …if you like it just use it.

My almost 2 year old niece’s name is [name]Hayley[/name] - I wouldn’t have chosen it myself for her (her parents were also considering [name]Abigail[/name] and I would have preferred that), but [name]Hayley[/name] suits her and I like saying it (I also call her Hayles as a nn). I’d actually prefer [name]Hallie[/name] (pr. [name]Hal[/name]-ly) to [name]Hayley[/name]/ [name]Hailey[/name]/ [name]Haley[/name], but if you love it, go for it.
