I have always had a soft spot for the name [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. I like that it isn’t overly used but still recognized. It’s sassy and sweet without being overly cutesy and also ages well which is important to me. The only concern I really have is the teasing potential that it carries. I’m worried she will be called Poison [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] or even worse I.V as in intravenous. Thoughts? Comments? Concerns?
Also, since [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is so short, I’m leaning towards a middle with 3 syllables. I was thinking of maybe using [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] or [name_f]Anabel[/name_f] after my mom. Not sure which spelling I like more though. Would like more suggestions as well.
I adore [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. I don’t think you have to worry about teasing at all. [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] is a really sweet name.
Not sure of your style, but [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] is the first middle name I thought of. It’s cute. [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t worry about poison ivy…there’s always something to tease someone about, otherwise, you would have to use [name_f]Ava[/name_f], or [name_f]Jane[/name_f] or whatever is in the top 10 right now (and share the name with 3 others in her class).
I like it. I know a little girl named [name_f]Ivey[/name_f] and she wears it very well. Her mom has mentioned her being called Poison [name_f]Ivey[/name_f] a few times, but in every case the kid calling her that was a little boy with a crush on her.

I really have always liked [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and think [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] would be precious as a name. If you want a similar name which has less teasing potential (in my opinion), I have always thought [name_f]Iva[/name_f] was beautiful as well.
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is one of my very favorite girls names! I think it’s beautiful! I had never even thought of teasing potential until I saw this post. So, I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is an amazing name! I definitely wouldn’t worry about teasing, most kids wouldn’t even think of those things. I think [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] is delectable I almost want to steal it.
My daughter is [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f]! We got a few poison [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] comments but nothing unbearable. I am sure the comments will get annoying but I don’t think they will affect her. [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Annabell[/name_f] is super cute!
