[name_u]Joey[/name_u] is a cute nn!
This is my 4 year old daughterâs name and it is a very classic, yet stand-out name! I was on the fence about it at first but loved the nickname [name_u]Josie[/name_u] so I went for it. Let me tell you, I love this name more and more every day. It is an excellent choice! DD goes equally by [name_u]Josie[/name_u] and [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], but also [name_u]Jo[/name_u], JoJo, [name_u]Joey[/name_u], and [name_u]Josie[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] (her middle). I thought about [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] as a nn too but it never came naturally to use it for us.
Beautiful! I have a friend whose daughter is [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] for [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]! [name_u]Love[/name_u] it!
Itâs a name that I am on the fence about too. I donât necessarily love it yet. What I do love is that its a classic name and has so many nickname possibilities she can go by in case she doesnât like the full name. I love nn [name_u]Josie[/name_u] too. Thanks for sharing your experience with your daughterâs name.
Thank you! There is a website that lists 98 nicknames for [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] (half are really silly though), but it lists [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] and says it is a population nn for [name_f]Josephine[/name_f].
