I came across a model named Leomie [name_m]Anderson[/name_m] and I have to say at first sight I love Leomie.
It similar to an old favorite [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] and as a berry brought up my great grandmother’s name Naomi.
I have never heard of this name before this. What are your thoughts?
I’ve never heard of it. To be honest I thought it was [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] with a typo 
I prefer [name_f]Leonie[/name_f].
It’s pretty, but I think it would be misheard as [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] most of the time.
I think it’s pretty. She stresses it differently from [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] though, just so you know: lee-OH-mee rather than [name_u]LEE[/name_u]-oh-nee or [name_m]LAY[/name_m]-oh-nee. Kind of like [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] in sound.

It’s interesting- thinking of it as a variant of [name_f]Leonie[/name_f], i don’t like it, but as a variant of [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] i think it’s kind of cool.
My great-grandmother was [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] and that name always felt to biblical for me but I like the sounds so Leomie is kind of interesting.
