I find super cute the nicknames [name_u]Tobie[/name_u] or [name_u]Berry[/name_u] for a little girl, but I just would use them at home.
I like [name_f]October[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f]! [name_u]Tobie[/name_u] and [name_u]Berry[/name_u] are so cute!
I really like [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]October[/name_f]. Though if you want others to potentially call her [name_u]Tobie[/name_u] or [name_u]Berry[/name_u] as well (and why not) I’d maybe hyphenate it [name_f]Lily[/name_f]-[name_f]October[/name_f] nn [name_u]Tobie[/name_u] would be AWESOME!

I think [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]October[/name_f] is really lovely and interesting. I like that [name_f]October[/name_f] is a month that isn’t super associated with flowers, which makes it more interesting than, say, [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f] or [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u] would be. I definitely prefer it over [name_f]October[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f], since that just sounds like you’re describing what kind of lily it is.
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]October[/name_f] flows off the tongue beautifully :).
I think [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]October[/name_f] is absolutely divine! I love [name_f]Lily[/name_f], so pretty and lilting, and very familiar so the unexpected [name_f]October[/name_f] is the perfect middle name! [name_u]Tobie[/name_u] and [name_u]Berry[/name_u] are darling nicknames too!
