What do you guys think of [name_f]Lois[/name_f]? I love vintage old lady names. Any cons to the name that you can think of?
Big sister is [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Lillian[/name_f].

(middle name isn’t set in stone)
Jane [name_u]Taylor[/name_u]
(husband will only agree to [name_f]Jane[/name_f] with [name_u]Taylor[/name_u] as the middle name, his late grandfathers middle name)
I like [name_f]Lois[/name_f] a lot, but my husband has vetoed it for our own list. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite combo is [name_f]Lois[/name_f] [name_f]Angelica[/name_f]. [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Lois[/name_f] is cute.
All that said, I still love [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] with [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] the most. [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Sibyl[/name_f] are divine together!
I really like its old lady feel! It’s simple and cute. It used to be one of my favourite names.
Can’t think of any cons.
I really like [name_f]Lois[/name_f] (obviously, it’s my username 
). I think it has the plus of combining popular names like [name_f]Lola[/name_f] and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] but being unique and vintage.
I think it makes a charming pair with [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. I absolutely adore [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] and [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_u]Taylor[/name_u]! [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is one of my most favorite names.
Normally I don’t like monosyllabic first names but this is sooooo nice! ^.^
Anyways, on [name_f]Lois[/name_f], I prefer [name_u]Louise[/name_u]. 
My husband has a family member he doesn’t like named [name_u]Louise[/name_u] unfortunately
I love [name_f]Lois[/name_f]! It has a beautiful sound and a great meaning like [name_f]Eve[/name_f], so I think they go well together! The only con I can think of is [name_f]Lois[/name_f] from [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] in the Middle. [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is also great!
I’m the odd man out so far, but I am not a fan of [name_f]Lois[/name_f]. The sound isn’t at all pleasing to me and I feel like it pales next to the elegant [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]. No real cons as far as associations or it sounding like unfortunate words or anything, though. I just think of [name_f]Lois[/name_f] [name_u]Lane[/name_u] or the mom on Family [name_m]Guy[/name_m], neither of which are particularly bad connections, I don’t think. However, if it’s a name you end up loving, then I think you should go for it. Your opinion is the one that ultimately matters. =]

I especially like two sibling names beginning with a vowel sound. From you ideas, I do like [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] and [name_f]Jane[/name_f]. Though,I think [name_f]Jane[/name_f] makes a better middle name. Not a fan of [name_f]Lois[/name_f]. Good luck with your decision.
i think of family guy - up to you whether that’s good or bad (assuming you use the low-iss pronunciation)
if it’s pronounced loys (lloyd with an s), only some very niche associations.
I like [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] together the best.
Can’t think of any big reasons against [name_f]Lois[/name_f], objectively, though.
I just can’t come around to [name_f]Lois[/name_f]. Personally I find it dusty & pales in comparison to [name_f]Eve[/name_f].
I still absolutely love [name_f]Jane[/name_f], especially with [name_f]Eve[/name_f] 
Love [name_f]Lois[/name_f]! [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Lois[/name_f] would make a refreshing pair. 
I hope the new [name_f]Lois[/name_f] and [name_m]Clark[/name_m] series will boost its use! It shares a lot of similar sounds with names that have already made a comeback like [name_f]Lola[/name_f], [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], [name_f]Iris[/name_f] etc.
I love [name_f]Lois[/name_f] so much! It makes me think of [name_f]Lois[/name_f] [name_u]Lowry[/name_u], author of The Giver series and Number the Stars. That’s a great association :))
I didn’t even think of the new show! funny the actress that plays [name_f]Lois[/name_f] was in the show, Grimm and her characters name was [name_f]Eve[/name_f].
That’s a great association! I know people have mentioned Family [name_m]Guy[/name_m] several times but I never watched it so I don’t have that association.
