SO has shared that he’s in love with this name for a girl. I really like [name_f]Luna[/name_f] too, although not quite as much as the names on my signature. I would love to know your opinions on this name and if you think it goes with [name_f]Noor[/name_f], [name_f]Ziva[/name_f] and [name_f]Viola[/name_f] (and [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]).
It is lovely name and it suits sibset quit well.
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] is absolutely wonderful with your kids’ names, and it is beautiful on its own. It is strong and gorgeous and magical. It is perfect, even if it isn’t your other (perfect) name loves.
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] goes perfect with [name_f]Noor[/name_f], [name_f]Ziva[/name_f] and [name_f]Viola[/name_f] in my opinion, to me it is the perfect mix of strong, feminine and magical like the others.
Goes very well with your other names.
Wow! So far only love for the name [name_f]Luna[/name_f], thanks for the feedback as always, berries!
I love love love [name_f]Luna[/name_f]. It’s a name I chose for myself. but if you don’t love it as much (as the names on your signature), I say keep looking. Your taste is an awesome one, so I have no doubt you’ll announce the birth of a very well named baby in Dec.
I think based on your sibset, I prefer ‘[name_f]Yuna[/name_f]’ or ‘[name_f]Iris[/name_f]’ to ‘[name_f]Luna[/name_f]’… [name_f]Luna[/name_f] just seems a little mainstream, probably because of [name_m]Harry[/name_m] [name_m]Potter[/name_m]
I love [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and it goes perfectly with your other children’s names. A very strong but pretty theme:)
I’m the only one on this site that doesn’t like [name_f]Luna[/name_f]
I used to like it but I’m tired of hearing it everywhere.
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] does go with your children’s names but it’s definitely much more popular and mainstream than [name_f]Ziva[/name_f], [name_f]Viola[/name_f] or [name_f]Noor[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Luna[/name_f] would fit well with the names! It’s more common like [name_m]Alexander[/name_m], but still has lots in common with [name_f]Ziva[/name_f] and [name_f]Noor[/name_f] (or I think so). Everytime I think of [name_f]Luna[/name_f], I think about the moon. I see the moon as a night light. ([name_f]Noor[/name_f] and [name_f]Ziva[/name_f] also have associations with light)
It’s short, sweet and with beautiful associations…
You’ve said something I really agree with, it seems like [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is everywhere. And as much as I like it, I don’t love it enough to be able to imagine it being my daughter’s name.
I love the name and think it goes well with the other names. It’s on my long list because I can’t shake the “lunatic” nickname off.
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and think that [name_f]Luna[/name_f] fits magically with your other kids’ names. However, I will forever and always associate [name_f]Luna[/name_f] with [name_f]Luna[/name_f] Lovegood. This is a positive association (it’s not like you’re naming the kid [name_f]Bellatrix[/name_f]), and should in no way stop you from using [name_f]Luna[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Luna[/name_f] fits well with [name_f]Noor[/name_f], [name_f]Ziva[/name_f] and [name_f]Viola[/name_f] and [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]. I love the name [name_f]Luna[/name_f], I think it sounds beautiful and strong all at the same time.
