Any other middle name suggestions ?

I think with the last name McRoy, it would be best to have a middle name ending in a soft sound to lighten up the sound of the “K” sound and “R” sound. A name ending in an “A” would be fine, the only thing is -ana and [name_f]Ava[/name_f] are so similar that i would not put them right next to each other. Staying with the girly names (seems like its your style), here is what i came up with
[name_f]Mariana[/name_f] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] McRoy
[name_f]Mariana[/name_f] [name_f]Lacy[/name_f] McRoy
[name_f]Mariana[/name_f] [name_f]Isla[/name_f] McRoy (my favorite!)
[name_f]Mariana[/name_f] [name_f]Lila[/name_f] McRoy
[name_f]Mariana[/name_f] [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] McRoy
[name_f]Mariana[/name_f] [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] McRoy

Of course, if you are in love with [name_f]Mariana[/name_f] [name_f]Ava[/name_f], then i would go with it. And even with all the A’s, it still sounds cute to me!
[name_f]Mariana[/name_f] is a lovely name. My tongue gets a little twisted up when I try to say the full name together, but if you love it, you could just make sure to insert a pause between the first and middle names. A few other ideas:

[name_f]Mariana[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f]–Also a little tricky to pronounce, but easier for me than [name_f]Ava[/name_f]
