Thoughts on Mariko for Mary

So I went to The [name]Wolverine[/name] this past weekend, and one of the main character’s is named Mariko. It is a Japanese name. I love it.

Two questions:

  1. Can Mariko honor a [name]Mary[/name]?
  2. Mariko [name]Daisy[/name] or [name]Guinevere[/name] [name]Daisy[/name]?

I love Mariko because of the novel Shogun. Yes I think it can be used to honour a [name_f]Mary[/name_f].

Mariko [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is really lovely :slight_smile:

Agree with [name_u]Ren[/name_u]! Mariko is a gorgeous name, and I love it with [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]. [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is beautiful too though…
