I’m not so sure about [name_f]Esther[/name_f] and [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] (it works if [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] normally goes by [name_f]Amy[/name_f]), but [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] and [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] are lovely  [name_f]My[/name_f] little sister is [name_f]Mikayla[/name_f], so I’m a bit biased, but I do love it.

[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f] Kitcher sounds quite nice actually, but here are a few other ideas.

[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Emily[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Harriet[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Florence[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Lauren[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Clarice[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] ([name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] is also lovely)
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Danielle[/name_f]

I hope this helped, it’d be a little more helpful for middle name ideas if I knew your style a bit more

I actually prefer [name_f]Ester[/name_f] nn [name_f]Essie[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Essie[/name_f] is so cute! [name_f]Essie[/name_f] works as a great nn for a girl while [name_f]Ester[/name_f] works for a grown up.

I love [name_f]Michaela[/name_f]. [name_f]Esther[/name_f] is too old-ladyish to me while [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] sounds vibrant, youthful, and classic. Suggestions for middle name:

[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_u]Reese[/name_u]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Paige[/name_f]

I prefer [name_f]Esther[/name_f], but for you I like [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] better. I think it sounds better with [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] and I don’t like the repeated -er ending with [name_f]Esther[/name_f] Kitcher

[name_f]Esther[/name_f] rhymes with your last name. Est-her and kitch-her. Plus, I [name_f]ADORE[/name_f] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f]! And I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] this spelling! the end is just stunning imo! I think both work with [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f].
I know a [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] and her middle name is [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] (which she hates because “they both end in a and are too many syllables” - direct quote). [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] is one of my best friends ever!
I know an [name_f]Esther[/name_f] too, and she is super lovely. Not sure what her middle name is.
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f]…
[name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] (any 1-2 syllable virtue would work I think)
[name_f]Sophie[/name_f]
[name_f]Helen/name_f
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f]
[name_u]Quinn[/name_u]
[name_u]Reese[/name_u]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u]
[name_f]Erin[/name_f]
[name_f]Nicole[/name_f]
[name_f]Kate[/name_f]
Anything sort that doesn’t end in “A” or start with an “[name_f]EL[/name_f]” or an “A” works.

In the United States, [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] peaked in popularity in the 1990’s, so I associate it with that decade.

Since vintage is very fashionable now, the Biblical royalty [name_f]Esther[/name_f] would be my first choice.

[name_m]Both[/name_m] are so very different to me. [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] is a little bit more “trendy” to me. Although you chose the proper spelling. Whereas “[name_f]Esther[/name_f]” is a little more old fashioned. Not that its too much a problem, as I like [name_f]Esther[/name_f].

Middle names…anything “classic” I think will work with both of them.

[name_f]Esther[/name_f] is a great name with a nice meaning, but I don’t really like it with your surname. I would rather see a three-syllable Biblical classic here, that doesn’t have the -er ending.

I really like [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] (thanks for spelling it this way! Yay!) but some people will find it post-trend. I wouldn’t care too much. It also flows better with [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f], which makes [name_f]Esther[/name_f] feel short.

[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] could carry a quirky middle name or you could go for a simple one-syllable one.

[name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] is her real name but we call her [name_f]Amy[/name_f] 99% of the time [name_f]LuLu[/name_f] or [name_m]Louie[/name_m] the other 1% of the time.

Thank you for the middle name suggestions I will look over them later.

I love [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] with [name_f]Michaela[/name_f]. [name_f]Esther[/name_f] Kitcher doesn’t sound right to me the two er sounds. [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] Kitcher doesn’t sound the best to me as it’s Mi-kay-lah [name_u]Kit[/name_u]-chah because thats just my accent. I think [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] in terms of style goes better with [name_f]Amy[/name_f]

lawsonhaley - [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] & [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]/[name_f]Clarice[/name_f] (I can’t use these names for personal reasons), [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]/[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]/[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] (I quite like these there cute & simple names), [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Harriet[/name_f]/[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f]/[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] (I like these names I’m just not sure they feel right as MN’s I love them as FN’s though), [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Emily[/name_f]/ [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Florence[/name_f]/ [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] (I love these as they are family names I will see what my boyfriend says), [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Lauren[/name_f]/ [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]/[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Danielle[/name_f] (I like these 3 but I know like 5 girls with each name from school), [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] & [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] (Ohhh I like these 3 there lovely although I prefer [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] spelling).

[name_f]Gabriela[/name_f] - [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Paige[/name_f]/[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] (See above reply for [name_f]Grace[/name_f]), [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]/[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]/[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] (I love these 3 suggestions), [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_u]Reese[/name_u] (I HATE this one to me [name_u]Reese[/name_u]/[name_u]Reece[/name_u]/[name_u]Rhys[/name_u] is a boys name and it’s discusting on girls).

Waverly123 - Thank you I love classic spellings I hate all these unique spellings. - [name_f]Grace[/name_f]/[name_f]Sophie[/name_f]/[name_f]Olivia[/name_f]/[name_f]Nicole[/name_f] (See above rely for [name_f]Grace[/name_f]), [name_f]Helen[/name_f] (I’m not keen on this one), [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] (I like but I know 2/3 from school), [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]/[name_u]Reese[/name_u]/[name_u]Rowan[/name_u] (I’m not keen on unisex names), [name_f]Erin[/name_f] (I’m not sure on this one), [name_f]Kate[/name_f] (I like [name_f]Kate[/name_f] but I don’t like the initals ending in K.K).

[name_f]Emiliana[/name_f] - The surname is pronounced Kitch-HER (like Kitchen but with a ER)

First of all, I really like big sister [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f]'s name! I’ve never cared for [name_f]Michaela[/name_f], but not for any rational reason. There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just not my style. I think since it was so popular in the 90s, it just felt really ubiquitous - I always lumped it with [name_f]Kayla[/name_f], [name_f]Kailee[/name_f], [name_f]Haylee[/name_f], [name_u]Kelsey[/name_u], [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u], [name_f]Kylie[/name_f], [name_u]Madison[/name_u], etc, and never gave it proper consideration.

Looking with fresh eyes, the [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] spelling is the most classic one and - personal associations aside - it does sound quite pretty. I am so glad you like this spelling! I much prefer the old-fashioned [name_f]Esther[/name_f], especially with the classic names [name_f]Amy[/name_f] and [name_f]Louise[/name_f] in big sister’s name, but [name_f]Esther[/name_f] Kitcher is too rhymey for me. I like [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] with a classic, old-fashioned middle name to go with [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f]:

Middles:
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Estelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Alice[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Camille[/name_f]
[name_f]Michaela[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f] (the rhyme doesn’t really bother me when [name_f]Esther[/name_f]'s in the middle)

thank you islieth - I will look over all the suggested names again to see what my boyfriend thinks.
