[name_u]Meredith[/name_u] - I think this is a lovely name. I’ve been fond of [name_u]Meredith[/name_u] since I was young and have always gotten excited when I see it mentioned on NB. It seems to be pretty unheard of where I live, I know one [name_f]Meredyth[/name_f] and one [name_u]Meredith[/name_u], ranging from age 8 to 21.
[name_f]Caroline[/name_f] - [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] is positively beautiful. I have always had a soft spot for this one, though I’m not sure why. [name_f]Caroline[/name_f]'s definitely one of my favourite classic names. I think it’s very versatile and works with just about any sibling set, which is one thing I love about it.
[name_f]Indie[/name_f] - I’ve never seen the appeal of [name_f]Indie[/name_f], I’m afraid. It’s pretty I suppose, but it’s not for me. I much prefer the regal sounding [name_f]India[/name_f], despite its controversy.
[name_f]Stella[/name_f] - I want to love [name_f]Stella[/name_f], as I think it’s beautiful sounding and I love the meaning, but something’s always held me back. I don’t think I can bring myself to use it for my own daughter one day because it just feels like it’s missing something (but I can’t tell what). However, I think it’s a very pretty choice.
[name_u]Sloane[/name_u] - I don’t want to be too harsh, but I honestly have nothing positive to say about [name_u]Sloane[/name_u]. I think it’s very unattractive sounding imo, and it seems a little awkward in with your other favourites, as they’re all super classic or vintage feeling.
[name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] - I think [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] is a beautiful name. It’s a little bit unsubstantial for a lot of people, and there’s a lot of very similar spelling variations, but I think it’s stunning. I’ve never encountered a [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] in real life, so I like that it feels familiar but also rare and underused. I think [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] could work really well as a combo too.
[name_f]Esme[/name_f] - I like [name_f]Esme[/name_f], but I dislike the 'mee" ending here. I much prefer it as EHZ-[name_f]MAY[/name_f], and because of that I usually spell it as [name_f]Esmae[/name_f]. I also think that if you want the “mee” ending, [name_f]Esmee[/name_f] might require less correcting that way, while still being a legitimate spelling of the name.
