Clover and Indie are a bit more of guilty pleasures honestly, but I think they reflect my style really well. So what do you think of each name? And what else would you add to the list? (Boys list here for reference)
These are adorable thank you! I’ve always liked [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] as a nickname, I think it’s so sweet. I’ve never considered [name_u]Lark[/name_u] before but it’s very pretty!
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] - warm, bright and versatile
I’ll throw in the suggestions of [name_f]Stella[/name_f], [name_f]Una[/name_f], [name_f]Meadow[/name_f], [name_f]Lyra[/name_f], [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], [name_u]Willow[/name_u], [name_f]Daphne[/name_f], [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and [name_u]Cleo[/name_u]
Thank you again, such pretty suggestions! I adore [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], [name_u]Willow[/name_u], [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] and [name_f]Iris[/name_f]. [name_u]Cleo[/name_u], [name_f]Lyra[/name_f], and [name_f]Meadow[/name_f] are sweet too.
I love [name_u]Aster[/name_u]! [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u] are lovely too. I actually really like [name_u]Indie[/name_u] as well but do find it a bit GP. [name_f]Clover[/name_f] is just a bit too buttery sweet to me.
I’ve noticed Aster and Esther do get muddle sometimes, which I don’t love. I think part of the reason Indie is a GP is bc it feels more like a nickname to me, but I’m not huge on Indigo, India or Indiana. And I hadn’t even considered the Totally Spies reference for Clover - love that! Also I 100% get what you mean with Margot. Sound-wise it fits but it feels more vintage than the others. Wren is most definitely my favorite though. There’s just something about it. I think Aster and Wren are great for sisters.
Very pretty suggestions too! I’ve always loved Hallie, Bindi is so sweet, and Prairie is a bit of a GP for me.
Thank you! I think that’s my issue with [name_f]Clover[/name_f] too. I love it in theory but I’m not sure I could take it seriously. I think it could work really well as a nickname, though. Not necessarily for a specific name but more like a term of endearment,
This list is so pretty too! I especially love [name_f]Calla[/name_f], [name_f]Felicity[/name_f], [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. [name_f]Isla[/name_f] always makes me think of [name_f]Ione[/name_f] too, which I adore. I don’t like how many different pronunciations it has though. [name_f]Frances[/name_f] has a special place in my heart, it’s so sweet, and [name_u]Denver[/name_u] is so cool! I prefer it on a boy, but overall I really place names for both.
Thank you so much! I definitely agree. I see these pop up a lot on here even though they’re not high on the SSA (which is fine by me lol)
So many good suggestions, thank you! I actually just added [name_u]Briar[/name_u], [name_u]Harlow[/name_u], [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], [name_u]Romy[/name_u] AND [name_u]Sage[/name_u] to my list today! I also love [name_u]June[/name_u], [name_f]Luna[/name_f], [name_f]Hallie[/name_f], [name_f]Matilda[/name_f], [name_f]Rosie[/name_f], [name_f]Lily[/name_f], and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and all have been on my list at one time or another. You really nailed my style!
[name_u]Aster[/name_u]- this is a cool, interesting choice. I’m not sure it’s my personal style but I could see it growing on me.
[name_f]Clover[/name_f]- I dig the laid back feel but there’s also a slight edge to it which I like.
[name_u]Indie[/name_u]- I love [name_u]Indie[/name_u]. It’s a laid back, nickname name which I think is pretty cool. I also personally love [name_u]Indigo[/name_u].
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]- [name_f]Margot[/name_f] has just never been a name that I liked. This spelling is also really close to maggot which is even more unappealing to me. I feel like this is an unpopular opinion tho.
[name_u]Wren[/name_u]- I like the simplicity and the strength of [name_u]Wren[/name_u].
