Thoughts on my names?

My due date is just around the corner, and I’m feeling super overwhelmed with names! For a middle name, I likely will do Andrew or David (family names). A few of my husband and my favorites are:

  • Abbott
  • Callan
  • Chase
  • Karson
  • Lamar
  • Palmer
  • Quentin
  • Wesson/Weston
    Any feedback is appreciated, let me know what y’all think!

[name_u]Callan[/name_u] is clear and fresh!

[name_u]Palmer[/name_u] has charm.

[name_m]Weston[/name_m] is cool and stylish

I like Weston and Abbott the best! The others feel a bit too modern for my taste, but they are nice names.

I like both [name_u]Chase[/name_u] & [name_u]Karson[/name_u] and they both go well with [name_m]Andrew[/name_m] & [name_u]David[/name_u].

You have some good options on here! [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite is [name_u]Chase[/name_u]. I like the sound of [name_u]Chase[/name_u] [name_m]Andrew[/name_m].

From your list I really love [name_u]Callan[/name_u], [name_u]Chase[/name_u], [name_u]Palmer[/name_u] & [name_u]Quentin[/name_u].

[name_u]Callan[/name_u] ~ a cool Scottish outdoorsy name with this upbeat sound that I think would be lovely paired with [name_m]Andrew[/name_m]. [name_u]Callan[/name_u] [name_m]Andrew[/name_m] is lovely.

[name_u]Chase[/name_u] ~ this name has this soft wholesome sound with a nature vibe honestly [name_u]Chase[/name_u] is very sweet. I love [name_u]Chase[/name_u] [name_u]David[/name_u].

[name_u]Palmer[/name_u] ~ an interesting surname choice that feels distinguished and intriguing I think [name_u]Palmer[/name_u] [name_u]David[/name_u] would be lovely.

[name_u]Quentin[/name_u] ~ I think [name_u]Quentin[/name_u] is really bookish and smart sounding very refreshing to see such a great name. [name_u]Quentin[/name_u] [name_m]Andrew[/name_m] would be lovely.

  • Abbott Not a fan, personally. I have some negative associations with it.
  • Callan Love it.
  • Chase Feels dated to me, maybe because I had a good friend in high school named Chase and that was in the early 2000’s.
  • Karson Definitely prefer the C spelling. Changing C to K feels super trendy and overdone right now.
  • Lamar Not a fan, personally.
  • Palmer Super cute, different, but not unheard of…I like it.
  • Quentin LOVE Quentin. It was on my list for a while. We wanted the nickname Quinn. But we fell in love with Flynn even more and ultimately chose that name.
  • Wesson / Weston: MUCH prefer Weston to Wesson. I don’t like names that have strong associations with guns or cars.

Favorites are: Callan, Palmer, and Quentin.
