I’m planning to write a historical fiction novel very soon and I’m more than adamant on using a pen name. I’ve chosen one, but I’m skeptical and I need input. The name I’ve chosen is [name_u]Michael[/name_u] [name_m]Godfrey[/name_m]. [name_u]Michael[/name_u] is common and can be easily recognized while [name_m]Godfrey[/name_m] has a rustic vibe that can balance and set an era for [name_u]Michael[/name_u]'s timelessness.
Now, if it were just me, I would’ve chosen something like Sir [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] Wolfeschlegelsteinhausenbergerdorff, but let’s be honest…that doesn’t sound like it will become a household name.
So, what are your thoughts on [name_u]Michael[/name_u] [name_m]Godfrey[/name_m]? Does the name make him sound like he’s a bona fide history buff?
Sorry, guys, I know that this is technically not a baby name, but it’s a boys name nonetheless
