And that is… [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] [name_f]Dannielle[/name_f]! [name_f]Dannielle[/name_f] is honoring my late brother, [name_m]Daniel[/name_m], & A HECK OF A LOT OF ANN(E)S. Seriously! [name_f]Every[/name_f] [name_f]Ann/name_f I have ever met has been a good person.
[name_f]Ayla[/name_f] is pronounced eye-luh & I just a name I like.
Like @ethelmary said, I would prefer [name_f]Danielle[/name_f], but I understand that the spelling you chose works better as an honor name. I would have thought [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] was pronounced AY-la (AY rhyming with day). Other than that, I think it’s a really pretty name!
I love that you love it Honoring every amazing [name_f]Ann[/name_f](e) you ever met is interesting. It’s a cute name and very nice to honor your brother
@hellobanjo Not really “every [name_u]Anne[/name_u] I’ve ever met”. The point I was trying to get across is that all the Anns I’ve known were good people; & I want my daughter to be a good person, too. I believe that the name reflects on the personality.
I think it’s a lovely combination but I prefer [name_f]Danielle[/name_f] spelling wise however completely understand why you’ve gone with the spelling [name_f]Dannielle[/name_f].
I love the meaning for you! I would say [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] like [name_f]Kayla[/name_f] because that’s what the one that I’ve met said but I can see it as [name_f]Isla[/name_f] too.
I love the sound of [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] [name_f]Dannielle[/name_f]!
However there may be some pronunciation issues, im from the UK and the eye-lah pronunciation is what I would assume from [name_f]Isla[/name_f]/Islay. [name_f]Ayla[/name_f]/Aila to me is pronounced AY-lah
It’s very pretty! I like that the first and middle names share a few key sounds, but not in an overbearing way. And I think using a less common spelling of the middle name is fine, especially if it has personal significance.

all Ann(e)'s are really nice people!

The [name_u]Anne[/name_u] I know is confirmation of this! She’s my aunt, she’s wonderful. She goes by her middle name almost exclusively but she’s still an [name_u]Anne[/name_u]
Love [name_f]Ayla[/name_f]! I say it the other way, Ay-la, but I still love it. [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] [name_f]Dannielle[/name_f] sounds so nice, and all that meaning is wonderful too!
It’s beautiful! [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] is a wonderful name and I love the meaning behind [name_f]Dannielle[/name_f]
Every time I see [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] I want to pronounce it aye-luh. eye-luh I picture being spelled [name_f]Isla[/name_f]. [name_m]Just[/name_m] a thought.
I like the meaning behind the middle. Like people above, I wouldn’t automatically assume [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] pronounced eye-la. I would go with [name_f]Isla[/name_f] for that pronunciation. The name flows well though and is very pretty.
