Hello all! I am expecting my second baby girl in December- Christmas Eve! I am trying to find a name for her that goes with my daughter, Olivia Rose. Olivia’s name is (obviously) super popular but I have always loved it. It fits her perfectly and we often call her Liv or Livy. She loves her name and surprisingly there are nothing too many other kids with her name in her grade, I think one. I
Anyways, my choices for baby #2 currently are:
Adeline Ivy (love nn ideas. Not super into Addie but do like Ellie or Della)
Blake Willow
Ivy Adeline
Clara Mae
Harlow Briar
Marlowe Briar
Scarlett Lily
Would love to hear your thoughts! Trying to keep the flower middle name to match my older daughter’s middle.

With sister [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] (love her name, btw!), I like [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f], or [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]. [name_u]Blake[/name_u], [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u], and [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] seem kind of boyish/not as pretty as [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], IMO.
I think if you want to avoid [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] being called [name_f]Addie[/name_f], it would be best to use another nickname consistently. [name_f]Della[/name_f] and [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] are both cute, and [name_f]Della[/name_f] seems more natural to me.

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] have a similar vibe, but I don’t know how to describe it. [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] is my second favorite.
I don’t like [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] [name_u]Briar[/name_u], [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] [name_u]Briar[/name_u], or [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] and [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] don’t work well with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], and [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] sounds slightly repetitive to me because of the hard “i” sound in both names. I would like [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] with a different middle name. Maybe [name_u]Aster[/name_u] or [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]?

Oh I love all of your choices ,Adeline (nn could be Lili)Ivy,Marlowe [name_u]Briar[/name_u] ,Clara [name_f]Mae[/name_f] and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] are my favourites ,but I personally think [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] doesn’t match very well with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]

my favorite would be scarlett lily or adeline ivy!! i’m not the biggest fan of harlow or marlow, but i do love briar!! i think it would go well with scarlett.
blake willow is adorable! i don’t know if this bothers you, but my first thought when i heard that was black widow.

Here are my thoughts on your list for a little sister:
[name_f]Adeline[/name_f] Ivy-I love [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], & it’s perfect w/Olivia. It’s so sweet & smart & just has a pleasant lovable sound. I’m not into [name_f]Addie[/name_f] either, & I’m not sure how unavoidable it is. Not really sure of any other nns…maybe [name_u]Allie[/name_u]? [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] isn’t bad. I like the styles together, but not the repetition of the long ‘i’ sound. [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_u]Willow[/name_u] or [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] sound better to me.
[name_u]Blake[/name_u] Willow-I don’t much care for [name_u]Blake[/name_u]. It’s super masculine in my opinion. Especially w/a beautiful feminine classic like [name_f]Olivia[/name_f].
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] Adeline-That’s pretty cute. Maybe too close to [name_f]Livy[/name_f]? Not a deal breaker if you love it. A fun spunky vintage name.
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] Mae-That’s gorgeous. Old fashioned but fresh & grows up well. I like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f], but if you want a flower mn, [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is perfect.
[name_u]Harlow[/name_u] Briar-I don’t like this name, because it reminds me of harlot.
[name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] Briar-This is better. Not my personal favorite, but it’s not awful. I can see [name_f]Livy[/name_f] & [name_u]Marley[/name_u] being kind of fun for sisters.
[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] Lily-I don’t know why, but I don’t much care for [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]. It just feels kind of dark & dramatic to me.

Ivy Adeline & Adeline Ivy are gorgeous! 
Especially with her big sis. I love the nn Ellie as well. My next choice would be Scarlett Lily, but the back to back “L” sound is a bit awkward to me.

Personally, I love the names [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] and [name_u]Briar[/name_u] and would love to see them as middles with some of your other first names (Ivy [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u], [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_u]Briar[/name_u] etc.).
