I love the meaning of [name_f]Callista[/name_f]. I like the beautiful simplicity of [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. These two names together form a great pair.
I like the sound of [name_f]Amaris[/name_f]. [name_f]Verity[/name_f] is more word than name to me but I like the V initial. When I hear [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] I immidiately imagine stars. These three names together feel a bit much to me but that grandeur might also be the appeal of this combination.
Vivian is just lovely. The V’s make this name a bit spunky while there is also softness in this name. In my opinion, [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] is one of the most beautiful names in the world. The silent g in [name_u]Leigh[/name_u] always frustrates me a bit. As a whole, [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] [name_u]Leigh[/name_u] is pretty amazing.

Callista and [name_f]Eve[/name_f] are good names and sound good together. I’m not wild about [name_f]Callie[/name_f] though which is likely to be used by somebody who knows her.
I’ve never heard [name_f]Amaris[/name_f], unsure how to pronounce, though I adore [name_u]Damaris[/name_u]. I adore [name_f]Verity[/name_f] too and [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] is nice.
Vivian and [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] are good, but [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_u]Leigh[/name_u] are too much together for me, like [name_f]Greta[/name_f] and [name_f]Garbo[/name_f] or [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] and [name_f]Gish[/name_f] would be.
If I were to tweak them, I’d go with
Cameo [name_f]Eve[/name_f] or [name_f]Cambria[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f] or [name_f]Camellia[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f] or [name_f]Calico[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f]
[name_u]Damaris[/name_u] [name_f]Verity[/name_f] [name_f]Etoile[/name_f]
[name_u]Vivien[/name_u] [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] [name_f]Noor[/name_f]
But yours are fine as is.

She has the sweet nickname [name_f]Callie[/name_f] and has a really lovely meaning ‘most beautiful’ great choice. [name_f]Eve[/name_f] is just simple, dainty and understated. I think she sounds gorgeous with [name_f]Callista[/name_f]. Great choice.
Amaris [name_f]Verity[/name_f] [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] ~ I think [name_f]Amaris[/name_f] sounds attractive and looks visually pretty. She has a very majestic vibe. I personally love [name_f]Verity[/name_f] she’s just a gorgeous Puritan name that sounds great especially with [name_f]Amaris[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] makes the name feel starry adding to the witchy vibe. This name would be great for a Halloween baby 
Vivian [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] [name_u]Leigh[/name_u] ~ [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is such a great classic! I honestly love [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] it’s just a shame it’s my dogs name otherwise it would be on my list!! [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is just so classy especially teamed with [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f]. [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] feels daring and unexpected in the middle name slot. I think [name_u]Leigh[/name_u] is off I would prefer a name with a similar sound like [name_f]Lily[/name_f].
